Miriam Alexandroff Architecture (and Urban Design)- MAUD office employs technical expertise to support individuals and organizations to imagine and plan for future possibilities. This skillset includes zoning analysis and strategy, adaptation and resiliency planning, and the design of healthy interior environments. Research and advocacy inform and strengthen the design and planning work that is core to the practice. 

Miriam Alexandroff is a licensed Architect and urban designer. She received her Master of Architecture from Harvard Graduate school of Design in 2019. Currently, she is an adjunct professor at the School of Public Architecture at Kean University where she teaches studios and seminars focused on the relationship between buildings and their urban context. Since moving to NYC, she’s worked on the development of numerous affordable and mixed-income housing projects for non-profits, government agencies, and developers in NYC with a focus on zoning analysis and master planning. She was appointed to serve on Manhattan Community Board 7 in 2024.
