November/ Miriam moderating a panel for AIA Brooklyn lecture “Rethinking the Shape of the City: Single Stair Reform in Multifamily Housing.

September - December/ Miriam facilitating community conversations across New York State on alternative housing models to educate tenants and inform the development of Bill A06265 to establish the NYS Social Housing Development Authority.

September/ Miriam teaching History 5: Identity and Architecture at Kean University School of Public Architecture.

June/ Construction begins on UWS Condo.

January/ Miriam teaching ARCH 2105, Second-year undergraduate studio at Kean University School of Public Architecture.

December/ Miriam attends final review for ARCH 201 studio at the Pratt Institute instructed by Eric Moed.

September/ Miriam teaching ARCH 4107, Fourth-year undergraduate studio at Kean University School of Public Architecture.

September/ Miriam presents a guest lecture at the NYU Shack School of Real Estate, Planning and Issues in Development course taught by Annie Peyton and Julie Torres Moskovitz. Her Introduction to Zoning Lecture focused on the history and mechanics of NYC zoning regulations and its application to real estate development.  

June/ Miriam appointed to Manhattan Community Board 7 where she currently serves of Co-chair of the Budget and Strategy Committee.
